The American Civil War: Looking Back 150 Years, Part 1

San Jose State University Professor and engaging Civil War expert, Dr. Libra Hilde, will present a monthly five-part series on the American Civil War.  The series began October 12, 2011 and continue until February 8, 2012 The subject of the first lecture and discussion was "Overview and Causes of the American Civil War."  This program series has been generously supported by the Friends of the Sunnyvale Public Library.
